When Chef Peter took on a plant based lifestyle, he saw a need for healthy, nutrient-rich, vegan food that also tastes really good.
Much of our menu is made from scratch, in-house. Our catering menu offers organic salads, delicious, healthy appetizers or vegan finger food and gluten-free desserts.
For a hungry bunch we have creamy gluten-free lasagnas, and protein-packed, vegan meals. We have homemade Jerk Seitan, 12-blend Curry, and Moringa Loaf as main vegan proteins.
Rest assured, our food is 100% vegan and GMO-free, made with lots of Caribbean flavour, and all organic veggies. Generally we stay away from nuts, seeds and soy, but please ask if you have any allergies, as we are happy to accommodate your dietary needs.
